Amanda Richardson

Executive Director

Amanda Richardson is a visionary leader, NJ native, and lawyer who co-founded and led Resource Equity, a U.S.-based international non-profit. She has been working to improve the social and economic rights of women since 2008 with a focus on community engagement, capacity development, and human rights. She has extensive research, program design/analysis, project management, and public policy experience. Amanda lives in Harding Township, NJ.

Tamara Pompey

Chief of Marketing and Philanthropy

Tamara Pompey is an interdisciplinary strategist  who works with nonprofit and public organizations to spark innovation, foster sustainability, and create systemic change. After graduating with a BA from Amherst College and beginning her career at the largest independent PR agency on the west coast, she has spent the past 15 years working with under-served populations in the health and human services sector. She most recently served as the Director of Communications and Marketing for United Cerebral Palsy of Los Angeles, Ventura, and Santa Barbara Counties (UCPLA).  Other leadership roles included Communications and Grants Manager for CLARE Foundation, a nonprofit drug and alcohol rehab where Tamara managed a $600,000 annual grant portfolio, as well as international work at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. Tamara is currently pursuing a Masters of Public Administration with a concentration in non-profit management from California State University, Northridge.

Rachel Holland

Events Coordinator

Rachel Holland, owner of Rachel Holland Special Events, has been planning events in New Jersey for over 19 years. She began her career in government, planning and coordinating daily events for, and personally accompanying the Governor of New Jersey. She expanded her expertise in event planning as Media Events Manager for NJ Transit, the third largest transit organization in the United States. She founded Rachel Holland Special Events in 2005 after several people came to her for independent help with social and corporate events.

Kabir Moss

Communications Director

Kabir, founder of Moss Media, has managed press for New Jersey’s Senate President Steve Sweeney, Senate Majority Leader Loretta Weinberg, the Chair of New Jersey’s Legislative Latino Caucus Senator Nellie Pou and the Chair of New Jersey’s Senate Health Committee Senator Joseph Vitale. Prior to being the Deputy Director of Communications for New Jersey’s Senate Majority Office, Kabir ran the 2018 Democratic campaign for Monmouth Country Freeholder, after returning from a journalism stint with the Palestine Monitor in Ramallah, Palestine. Upon graduating from Emerson College with a BA in Writing, Literature and Publishing, Kabir spent three and a half years serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Morocco. As a lifelong athlete who played basketball through college – first at Africa University in Zimbabwe and then for the legendary coach Hank Smith at Emerson College in Boston – Kabir brings a collaborative, team-centered focus to all aspects of his personal and professional life.

Matt Phillp

Creative Strategist

Matt Phillp is a Creative Strategist and Writer.  He’s helped construct brand identities for a range of brands in New York City (Audible Inc., Blink Fitness, Citarella Gourmet Market, Morgan & Morgan Law Firm), and his writing has been published in Vanity Fair, Attitude UK, and The Village Voice. Born in Australia, he attended Sydney University and The University of Technology, Sydney before moving to New York where he has lived for more than 15 years.
